The Challenge
The studio required a reliable internal project management system that would continue to function without internet access while keeping multiple workstations in sync on a local network. Existing cloud tools were either overkill or unusable in offline environments.
The Solution
I designed and built an offline-first project management tool focused on local network synchronization. The system enables seamless collaboration across devices while ensuring data integrity, fast access, and uninterrupted workflows, even without an active internet connection.
